CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT HOURS

FOR INSURANCE PRODUCER LICENSE:

Each course offered provides 15 hours of certified course credit (except for Traditional Long Term Care Insurance (Course #9400) which allows only 6 hours according to state regulation).  In Illinois no single CE course can be certified for more than fifteen hours.  This means a producer must order and complete two CE course titles to satisfy his or her biannual 30 hour CE requirement.  Our courses can be completed on a self study basis or we do occasionally offer one day combination method courses on some titles.

FOR FUNERAL DIRECTORS &EMBALMERS

Each course title offers six hours of self study credit toward this license (in addition to the producer credits if you also have an Illinois insurance producer license).  If you select a combination method course program you will also get an additional 6 hours of credit on a classroom attendance basis (beside the 6 hours of self study credit).  Dohrn is a provider registered with the Department of Professional Regulation.  There is no additional charge for this certification but you must indicate your need for it at the time you order your course and provide your funeral/embalmer license ID number.

FOR CPA’S

Each course title offers six hours of self study credit toward this license (in addition to the producer credits if you also have an Illinois insurance producer license).  If you select a combination method course program you will also get an additional 6 hours of credit on a classroom attendance basis (beside the 6 hours of self study credit).   Dohrn is a provider registered with the Department of Professional Regulation.  There is no additional charge for this certification but you must indicate your need for it at the time you order your course
