CONTINUING EDUCATION CANCELLATION AND RETURN AND TRANSFER  POLICY

Self Study

Any self study continuing education course that is cancelled in writing within 10 days of our shipment date will result in a full refund less a $15.00 cancellation fee.  This $15.00 must be assessed because once we have processed and shipped an order to you we have incurred costs of labor and postage or shipping that could not otherwise be reimbursed to us.  Once a continuing course program has been cancelled there is no need to return the materials.  After the tenth day from the shipment date of a course to you, there is no refund available and all course sales are final.

All continuing education courses are available to you to complete within three years from the shipment date.  After this three year period has elapsed your client pending file will be closed and your course automatically cancelled.  Each course purchased can only be completed by the person in whose name it was registered and cannot be transferred, sold or given to any third party for completion.
